Beach Properties In Florida To Tour On Vacation

Florida is a southern state of the United States that receives recognition as the absolute best place to retire. Filled with many elderly retirees, this state is also home to famous beaches that families enjoy for their entertainment and great neighborhoods.

A classic Florida beach to visit would be the Siesta Key Public Beach. This public beach is known for its family-friendly atmosphere. You will find lifeguards stationed around the area that will keep young and adult swimmers safe from potential drowning, attacks, and crime. You won’t have to spend a dime on parking like other beaches, either! It’s cheap fun for the whole family, and the view can’t get much better.

Romantic beaches do exist. To be a romantic beach, it must have a limited crowd population and have a great view of the sunset. The Blind Pass Beach in Sanibel fits the description, but it isn’t quite perfect. You might have problems finding parking since spaces are limited. This won’t change any time soon- it limits the amount of people on the beach.

Hot beaches that attract a lot of attention most often pertain to young crowds. Some times of the year, such as Spring Break, the young crowds dominate beaches like the Lynn Hall Memorial Park in Fort Myers Beach. The public party beaches like this may not be perfect for the family or for a romantic walk- but they do draw in plenty of night life and good clean fun. Being so popular, these beaches can charge high rates for parking.

Land ho, and not far to go! The Dania Beach is known for its boating attractions, with plenty of marina space and docks for peak seasons. Be sure to take a few fishing rods with you; Dania Beach is also a hot location for catching large deep sea fish- or even just shallow water fishing if you aren’t up for the adventure.

Muscle strength is everything for kayakers and canoe lovers. Put your muscles to good use by investigating Marco Island, which is only a few minutes from Naples. Power boats are not allowed at this beach. This is all the better for other boaters who want to enjoy the scenery and not have to put up with the noise and distraction of boats and throngs of party goers. You will have four miles of all glorious beach to take in.

In Conclusion

Florida beaches have high real estate values- don’t expect to get a condo, apartment, or beach house without a significant investment and a good real estate broker. Start looking at online real estate websites and brokers if you want to secure your piece of Florida.

Is Las Vegas Going Under?

Source: (Excerpt Below) www.huffingtonpost.com It’s hard to find a home bought before 2009 that isn’t underwater and very few landlords, when running credit checks, look for foreclosures or short-sales on a tenant’s record. Otherwise, a manager couldn’t fill a building. Nevada has a greater concentration of economic misery than any other state. The state’s unemployment rate, which in June edged up to 14.2 percent, has risen faster during the past year than it has anywhere else, and nearly six percent of all homes across the state’s desert landscape received a foreclosure filing in the first six months of the year. While the concentration of misery may be greater in Nevada, it was caused by the same unchecked housing bubble and unregulated financial gambling that brought pain to the rest of the country. If present trends go unchecked, Nevada is America’s future. The jobless rate would likely be much higher, say residents, if Nevada were not such a transient state. When folks lose their jobs and their homes, they often pack up and move in with relatives…”Nevada was pretty much a growth economy for most of the past two decades,” says Steven Horsford, the Nevada State Senate’s Minority Leader, a Democrat who represents North Las Vegas. “When the financial crisis hit, it disproportionately affected Las Vegas because of our growth rate.” Horsford says the local economy is struggling not because fewer tourists are coming to Vegas, but because the people who do come are

Belize City Tour and History by travel tour guide. Jim Rogers around the world adventure

Jim Rogers, 150 Countries, 150000 Miles in three years - Belize City! Copyright Jim Rogers, all rights reserved Belize, formerly British Honduras, is a country in Central America. Once part of the Mayan, and very briefly the Spanish Empire, it was most recently affiliated with the British Empire, prior to gaining its independence in 1981. The country is bordered to the south and west by Guatemala, to the north by Mexico, and to the east by the Caribbean Sea. Belize has a diverse society, composed of many cultures and speaking many languages. It is the only country in Central America where English is an official language, although Creole and Spanish are also widely spoken. With 8867 square miles (22960 km²) of territory and 320000 people (2008 est.),[2] the population density is the lowest in the Central American region and one of the lowest in the world. The country’s population growth rate, 2.21% (2008 est.),[3] is the highest in the region and one of the highest in the western hemisphere. It remains a Commonwealth realm. Culturally, Belize associates primarily with the English-speaking Caribbean countries such as Jamaica, or Trinidad and Tobago. The origin of the name Belize is unclear, but one idea is that the name is from the Maya word belix, meaning “muddy water,” applied to the Belize River. Before the arrival of Europeans, Belize was part of the territory of the Maya. The Mopan Maya were the original inhabitants of Belize. The Maya civilization spread itself over
