The national flag of Sweden features incredible color, if you would ask me, and the Scandinavian Cross. This cross is slightly offset to the left part of the banner and is based on the design of the Danish national flag. The Kingdom of Sweden also celebrates a Flag Day each year on the 6th of June. Other days that the flag is hoisted on commercial, industrial and residential flagpoles include: New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday. Continue reading
